Fire work Uji-city
The launch time of the event of the fire work was 7:45 pm. I left home at 7:00 pm, and my destination was the bank of the river, which was best place to look at fire work.
Usually, it takes about 30 minutes by foot. When I reached the halfway between the river and my house, I joined many people, who were going toward the river. After a while, the sidewalk was overflowing by people. Many people already were keeping many places, which were far away from the river. For example were a corner of the road, a car park, a vacant lot, and a center of the road. As I went forward more, I could not walk smoothly, because the road became busy more and more.
The time came at last, it was 7:45pm; the sound of shooting up of the fire work came into my ear. But I could not see it, which was hidden by the building and a big wood. I went forward, and I got the place to see clearly presently, though I could not reach the bank of the river. It was the road to the river. I decided that I stayed there to look the fire work, because I could not go forward more.
Why! I could take a picture clear. It was really difficult to take photo of fire work. I pressed the button any time, but I could not take the photo of the fire work. To press the button on best timing was far from easy. I took the photo by chance, and I understood my timing was too late; I had to press the button before the fire work saw the full shape. It was very difficult timing. I tried many times, and then it was difficult though I could get several photos.
Suddenly, the fire launched into the dark sky.
As the sound echoed into my body, the air was vibrating in the dark sky, the big flowers of the fire were open in the dark sky, and it looked like the drawing, which was painted on the black canvas by many color lights. The rolling of the wave of the light and the wave of the sound was continued on a while, until rest time. After that the sky went back to the dark again. But, the sky was not dark so long.
Because, the next fire work was set off soon. Such a great show was continued about one hour. The shaved ice with syrup soaked into my throat, the taste was really cold.
And it was good for dry throat. The fire work of my town was end this year, I was afraid that my town would be able to hold the show at the next year, because I heard it was very difficult to gather enough expense. I am looking forward to seeing the show next year. I want to watch the show at the bank of the river; it is the best place to see.
花火 fire work
花火の打ち上げ sending up ・ shooting up

Five Swallows babies
Two weeks ago, I found five swallows in the nest which was on the ventilator. The nest was small and they were small too, but the nest seemed very busy. They were opening the mouth and peeping, and waiting for parents to carry the feed. Their parents went in the air and returned to the nest many times to give the feed. They had a mind which loved their family, it was same mind of human being. It seemed that them nutrition condition was very good. Although they will grow up soon, I was afraid of the space of the nest, because, when they will grow up, the nest will be narrow for them.
On last weekend, I was surprised, because they had grown bigger than two weeks ago. Two swallows had moved to next ventilator already, I guessed that the nest had become narrow for five swallows. The housing situation of society of the swallows was harsh too. It was same as human society. Five swallows will leave the nest soon, and they will be independent, as the parents. Will they come back to the nest? I am looking forward to seeing them again.

The memory of the Moon
Do you know why special evening primrose is in bloom in the daytime?
.
Legend has it that they came from the world of the moon long time ago. They came with the princess of the moon, and their posterity had to stay on the ground after the princess went back to the moon. Generally, the flower of evening primrose opens at evening. But special flower opens the flower in the daytime. It is called “Hiruzaki-tukimi-sou” in Japanese, because it came from the moon. They can not open their flower in the moonlight.
In this season, the fairy of the moon is staying in the sky, comfortable air, still now. The fairy of the moon is half-asleep, therefor they are forgetting to go put the moon out of sight. The flowers are gazing at the moon in the daytime, as they are longing for their home. Dust of the moonlight is dropping from the moon in the daytime. The fairy does not take notice that the summer had come just around the corner yet. Wake Up! Wake Up soon! In the hurry, you have to hide the moon. Before the moon will be melted by the sunlight. Glimmering, microscopic piece, so we can not see, though it exist. The aroma of the moon and the memory of the moon are delivered with dust of the moonlight to the flower. A flower must get much, before a fairy wakes up. Therefor, the flowers are open their petal to catch the Moon dust, for they never forget the life of the moon.

Happiness Jizo at Miyajima.
JR line has special route on the sea that is from Miyajima-guchi to Miyajima.
I had believed that Miyajima was side of mainland, because I had heard that I could go to Miyajima by JR line. .In addition to that I could buy JR ticket to Miyajima at JR station of Hirosima. It was enough information for me to get the misunderstanding. It happened that I got other information that I should change from the train to a ferry at Miyajima-guchi in the train. Ferry! As I heard it, I understood that Miyajima was an Island. So, Miyajima is written MIYA and SHIMA, and actually SHIMA is Kanji character of Island, wasn’t it? Ha! ha! Ha! It was a funny story, wasn’t it?
I bought the return ticket, it did not go through the ticket machine at Gate of Sinkansen, and then I had to wait during the checking by staff. About 10 minutes, they said that your ticket could not use the machine, because the machine of Miyajima station was old type. How staggering Miyajima JR station was! They guided me other gate, I went to the platform hurry, but the train was departed already. No problem, because next train came soon, and it was a not crowded train. It was a second funny story.
BTW,
I met six Jizo-sans at shopping street. That was the display of the Kasa-Jizo that was one of a famous story of the Jizo-san. Five Jizo-sans in the Photo of the left side, other one Jizo-san in the right side photo. As a little boy, I used to listen to the old tale.
And I learned many things from the old tale. I do not know whether people tell the story to children these days, as when I was a boy. I guess, unfortunately the chance is decreased certainly. I have learned the spirit of consideration, Kindness, obligation, and etc, from the story. I think, it is important spirit that children can not learn from a cartoon on television and video game. I became a somewhat fortunate feeling.

Fresh Seafood Kanazawa
I did not remember clearly when I visited the town of Kanazawa last? Usually I came to Kanazawa area by a car, and it was very busy business trip schedule, and I could not visit the place except for the work. When I went out from east entrance, special dome and the gate came into my eyes. “What it this?” “How modern it is!” I did not know when the new entrance constructed. My memory of east entrance was really old building and local design. I almost went out the station from west entrance, though I visited here sometimes. And it was the first time that I watched the new east entrance. It is the one of the new front entrance of the Kanazawa. When sinkansen would come here, the entrance would become very busy. It called Hokuriku shinkansen.
Oomi-chyo-ichba
One of the famous place is a Ohmi ciyo-ichba in Kanazawa. There are many shops of fresh seafood, for example are crab, a shrimp, a fish, an oyster, and etc. When I saw big crab, the salesman called me to stop, and he said that he would down the price, if I buy those three cases of king crab, crab, and shrimp together. I asked him, how much is it? He said, the price was 5000yen, though the cost of original was 100000 yen. Oh, you said that could reduce the price to 50%? I understood it was really reasonable. I asked him about the price of other crab, because the amount of three cases was too much to me. He said that price was just 8000yen. I asked again. He would reduce the price to 50%? His answer was no, he said that the limits of the price would be 7000yen. His explanation drove me complicated.
If you get the chance to visit to the Kanazawa, please come to the Oomi-ichba and buy seafood. If you bargain with them, they might reduce the price.

Many colors under the Cherry blossom

Now, our mind is wrapping by the tender color of pale pink. I do not know when it will be changed. It will blow, it will rain, the sun will set, and the sun will rise. Watch the ground! Many plants are showing new color under the pale pink color of cherry blossom. They are preparing of painting new color now that will wrap every thing soon. It is just around the corner already. The small bird showed the shape between the pink flower.
The young leaves of green color will show between the flower soon.
A lot of colors will come on soon.
It is the energy of the globe, it is the breath of the sun
It will blow more, it will rain more, the sun will set, and the sun will rise.

To be wrapped with the pink color is really comfortable.
Please stay pale pink color, Please stay there!
Though, nobody can obstruct it
It is the energy of the globe, it is the breath of the sun.

Kyoto Otabe-doll
On last Sunday, many street stalls opened between Yasaka park and Chioin temple. The road seemed to be not busier than regular Sunday of this season. I guessed that it would be busy from afternoon, if weather would not go bad. However it was getting a little bit cold, and I was afraid that it would get rain.(日曜日、八坂公園から知恩院さんまでの道には沢山露店がでていましたが、人通りはいつもより少なく感じた、天気が持てば午後からは混んでくると思ったが、少し寒くなってきたので雨が心配になった。
When I reached the front of the Chioin temple, I met the doll of Otabe, which is famous sweet in Kyoto, you can see it at almost sightseeing spot. I felt that she said “Welcome Kyoto, please eat it!” Otabe seemed to be sweet and delicious. I supposed that she was recommending a green tea taste and ginger taste.
Original of Otabe is ginger taste, I think so. And many new flavors were developed until today. For examples were strawberry, chocolate, black sesame, a green tea, and a strained been paste, and a ginger. Maybe, other taste are there, please find out your favorite taste in the store. My favorite Otabe is the green tea taste! Why don’t you come to Kyoto in the near future!

Maiko-san at NeNe road
Kodaiji-temple was built by Hideyosi Toyotomi's wife NeNe. Then, Main Street is called the street of NeNe(ねね). Of course I live in Kyoto for a long time. However I went there for the first time at last Sunday. The stone –paved road, the lattice door, the shop of Japanese special product, the store of Japanese foods. the cherry blossoms, the plum bloom., the jinrikisha and the apprentice geishas. Many people enjoyed into the good atmosphere of Kyoto. Yes, we could get the great atmosphere of Kyoto.
Apprentice geisha(舞妓)? So, two Maiko-san was walking on the stone-paved road.
It seemed to be typical scene of Kyoto. It made us happy a little bit. The lady of foreigner asked them whether she could take the picture with them、and whether it was free of charge. Of course the answer was OK and free. Then, the small party of foreigner was taking photo with Apprentice geisha(舞妓). They smiled and seemed to be terriblygreatly happy. It would be great souvenir picture of them. But, why walked Maiko-san there such a time. I guess, they had something of different points.
The scene had very good atmosphere, though Maiko-san was taking photo. I supposed that they were not Maiko-san, they were tourists, weren’t they? The convenience rental system was there, then they could rent the kimono easily and cheap, I thought so. However it was no problem. It was good help to direct the scene of Kyoto. After all, the Kimono and the Maiko-san are necessary items of Kyoto. I am from Kyoto, then I wanted to say thanks for them.

Osaka Doutonbori walking 1/3 Octopus Fritters
The start time of the conference was delayed two hours by customer circumstance. I was happy, could get two hours free time, then, I took the subway to go walking around Doutonbori area. There is very funny and famous zone, so we can see typical Osaka. You can enjoy at there all day long, for example, looking, eating, and singing. It is one of my favorite spot. When I went to the ground from underground shopping area, already, it was raining. I recalled that the forecaster said weather would change to rain on afternoon. The street was not busy a little bit than fine day, and it seemed to be changing to cold more.
How big the octopus was! I could understand soon, It was the stand of octopus fritters. My mouth and tongue remembered the good taste. I wanted to eat it, but I had a large bag, an umbrella, and a camera. Double hands were necessary to eat it with walking. And I had little time. Then, I decided that I would take it next time. I found another six stands of octopus fritters between just two blocks. Every stand Tako-boll seemed a good flavor.

Certainly, the octopus fritters is most typical food of Osaka, isn’t it? On the other fine day, if I get time, I will try to eat it of several octopus fritters stands. You should come to Doutonbori of Osaka, and, let’s eat “Osaka octopus fritters."
After the conference was over, they said Doutonbori?
