(Waterfall-Siraito)

That day was not week end; I met just 2 persons and one car there, very quiet. It seemed a deserted area, which was not maintained enough.
I hardly remembered about it because my last visit was about 40 years ago.
There was very busy with many sightseers in my dim memory, but it was not busy on the day.
Oh well, it was very good situation to take a photograph of the waterfall, was my feeling.
But it was an unsettled atmosphere a bit.
No problem, many people will visit on tourist season. I guessed so.
At the time, other two guys came from the front. I met 4 people. After all it was very deserted place.

Amphibian car(水陸両用ツアー)

At first, it went through the forest, which changed color red and yellow. The goal of the driver was the lake, After 10 minutes, the vehicle reached the shore, and the driver changed. From here the vehicle transformed into ship. Land and Lake, both license of service were different. So, it was the amphibious vehicle.
At Lake-Yamanakako of Yamanashi prefecture. The explanation of Lake was very fun; it’s with many panels of the photo and maps. Of course, she interspersed her comment with many well- chosen humor and joke. The tour was very enjoyable time like an excursion.

Golden Cloud in Asakusa

There is a structure that I have taken interest in it since my first visiting.
That is Asakusa of Tokyou. There is the Sensoji, which is well-known Temple of the Asakusa. And, most famous gate is the Kaminarimon, which has famous big red color paper lantern. You can reach to there, after you turn to the right from subway station. If you want to visit, you can understand to correct direction easy, because always many people head; the most crowded street is correct route.
But this time, please make attention to opposite side, which is Sumida-river.
Wow! What is it? It is like the Golden cloud, isn’t it? ????? So, Songoku’s・・・)

As I approached it, it showed me the wonder shape.
Wow! It was the Asahi Beer hall? Why does it have such a shape?

Hiroshima Tram & Skeltal dome

Many people know, Hirosihma city has a funny tram system; the city area is covered with many kinds of design trams; because they have gathered many used cars from many parts of the country. When I visited previous I got strong emotion, for I could see the tram of old Kyoto. Of course, Kyoto had the tram before; as a boy I used to take a tram many times. Therefore, I recalled my happy memories by meeting the old Kyoto tram; I thought so. This time I saw a Europe design’s tram, and then it reminded me of the scene of the town of Frankfurt, Vienna, Amsterdam, and other towns. It was really modern style. I did not know why, but I had never taken tram, which was called Hiroden in Hirosima yet. Fortunately the meeting finished on early time than a schedule time. For that reason, I got the free time, which was an hour to the Shinkan-sen.. I went to the station by tram though it took about 40 minutes, although I could get there with only 10 minutes by JR line.

mP1130738.jpg

m1130771.jpg

mP1130769.jpg

After a while, I recalled the old memory when I went to school with the tram vaguely. It seemed that the time passed really slowly; I felt that the tram was narrower than my old image. The fare was 150 yen one time in the city area. After a short travel, which was 10 minutes, the station name of Genbaku-Dome came in into view, I understood it was there. I got out the tram in a flurry to go to the park. I could visit there, and I could stay there about 30 minutes, it was not long but it was not short. So I could visit the dome, and took a walk around the park.. I wanted to see more, but the time came soon, and then I had to take the tram again to JR station. I heard that Hirosima is one of favorite city of three cities by foreign tourist. Probably, it was Kyoto, Nara, and Hiroshima. If I get a chance, I hope to look around the Hirosima city, without hurry. I think that Hiroshima showed us the one evidence of history of human been. It is the proof of peace.

C-11 at the town

I like steam locomotion, though I have little knowledge about it.

On last month, I visited a company, which was near “Shin-bashi” Station of JR line to do the presentation. I felt, as it was my first visit, though I had come to there long time ago; I thought that the reason was that, the station plaza had been changed by development. To be accurate; I could recall nothing about there, because my last visit was 25 year or more. But I got happy feeling, as I Met C-11 in front of the station. “Wow, It is the SL!” And, as I saw it, my old memory when I was a boy, came into my mind. As a boy, I used to take a SL to go fishing with my father to KAMEOKA area. I felt the smell of the burnt coal into my mind and into my deep nose.
As the train reached the tunnel, my father often shouted to me “Shut the window, to stop the smoke. It was my old happy memory.
Therefore, when I saw the SL at there, I got the feeling of the smell of the coal.

mP1120121.jpg

mP1120120.jpg

Actually, the real SL show us the spectacle, the C-11did not move but it showed me good old my memory. C-11 was so valor and elegant then it could remind my old good day.
C-11 is living. If you have a time a bit, you should drop in the “気ままな旅人”, it show us the really good scene of real SL. So, it is my favorite blog. It often transport me to the special world of steam locomotive, also it is very dreamy.

Rest area Sugizu

The typhoon changed the course to east from west, though the typhoon course was predicted west by weather forecast yesterday. On my way the office, the rain had stopped already on the high-way. After we drove about two hours, we took a rest stop at Sugizu rest area. As I saw the west side, the setting sun was aglow over the sea.
And many birds appeared on the high-sky. Maybe, they would go home from the sea.

The high-way information said that the speed remit of the Kansai area was changed to 50 Km, on the radio. I guessed, there was a heavy rain. he business meeting did not make good decision. My feel was blue a little bit. And, I could change my mind when I saw the beautiful sunset. So, my feel was changed to red from blue. After a while, the sun hid behind the sea. I was glad to see you. See you again tomorrow.

Daydream at the fountain

It was the really warm afternoon of the one summer day. The fountain was in the plaza, which was in front of the JR station. Station’s name was KOMATU, was in HOKURIKU Line. Atakano-seki is famous spot of Kanjinchiyo is near there, therefore the statue are in front of the station, Benkey and Yoshitune are. The fountain was behind the statue. Three children were playing with the water, under the heat wave, and summer sun. I stopped there, and I was watching the water for a while. It seemed that water was dancing with the children.

mP1090420.jpg

I saw the vision that I was getting off a suit and necktie and I was playing with children in the water. The heat wave gave me damage, didn’t it?
And, I saw the vision that little boy played in the fountain, he was me!
My day dream was woken up by the announcement of the station. I went to the platform in a hurry to go to other office.

Rainy day of Asakusa

It was the rainy day, though it was my first visit of Asakusa of Tokyo, for a business meeting. My hope was that I went to the temple after I was made to end the meeting as soon as possible. The temple’ name is Sensoji, which is famous about the big red Chochin of Kaminari gate; I suppose you already had watched it on the TV sometimes.
I wanted to see the red Chochin at a close place, which was one of the Symbols of the Asakusa area; and hoped to visit down town area. But, one hour was the time, I could get to see at there; I thought, it was too short to see the wide area. And I narrowed visit point to the temple.. Many tourist were front of the big Chochin, I guessed it was also the main symbol of that temple. As I walked on the approach, many kind of foreign languages came into my ears. I could not count how many people of nationality came to there; but it was no doubt that there were Asian people, American people, and Europe people. Well, I remembered I often saw the photo of the red Chochin on the English magazine; it was typical tourist attractions in Japan, isn’t it?
Of course, It was a famous tour route of the HATO-BUS too. So many girl students were there, they seemed probably high-school student. Much happy laughter came into my ears, at a crowded approach; In other words, it was a kind of the shout of joy, by shrill voice; I was overpowered with their energy. My school trip was at long time ago, and we visited Tokyo area, but I could not recall detail of that, because too much time passed already.

mP1090597.jpg
mP1090598.jpg
mP1090528.jpg
They said, Asakusa area have had many shoe stores since the old day. Well, we could say that the area was a town of a craftsman, because I could find many small craftsman stores, in other words, there was a folksy town. I walked on the approach for the main building. So, I found the information message on the middle gate, this year was the year that they celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the temple. The answer was the time, history was. For example, wide area of the ground was coated with cement. They said, the temple was rebuilt after big war. I thought that it was a great project! When it would get more long time, the temple would be wrapped with the history more like the Kyoto’s temple, though it got 50 years history already.

mP1090522.jpg

mP1090549.jpg
(Speaking of Asakusa, the well-known product is a Ningyo-yaki. I was surprised about the price, but after I bought it for my family, There were many stores of Ningyo-yaki, I found different two types price system. At first system was, one piece was \100, and 10piece were \500, and we could get another one piece if I bought 10piece. In short, we could buy 11piece by \500. I bought it by \500 at the system store, then I got 11piece, but I guessed it was small size. Another system was that one box was \500, but two boxes were \500 too. In other word, we could buy two boxes by \500. The size was bigger than previous one a little bit. I checked how many pieces were in the box.
It was 10pices in a box. Why?
Which was better? And which taste was better, I could not know, because I bought it at only one store. It seemed that they demanded us to had to buy by \500, which was minimum price. I would buy it another store in next time.
I saw that It was very business-minded of Kanto merchant. And it was really funny.)
I would like to walk around there next time.

Cheers! at Hot-spring.

Are you ready? Cheers!
The cups were a beer and wine and ume-wine. The dinner was on the table that was in front of us. Every dish seemed taste would be good. That was a restaurant of an inn of a hot-spring, I visited a hot-spring after a long time with my family. We went to a trip together with my family last was more than ten years before. Then my daughter chose the Yunogo area of Hyogo prefecture., because we would like to have enough rest time. There was a good hot-spring and there was no other things. It was very quiet area.
It was suitable area to get rest
mP1090281.jpg

mP1090272.jpg

We found the small hot-spring for legs, it was free of charge and it was tiny. Unfortunately, other hot-springs were not free of charge. We spent the good time, so we were chatting idly. And there were not busy. I could not get the photo at inside of the hot-spring, then I took the photo of the hot-spring for legs.
mP1090269.jpg

mP1090288.jpg

They held a musical performance of a piano at entrance hall of the inn after the diner time. The atmosphere was really good, but the music was so-so. I did not like to stay at there long time, then I made the decision that I went to a hot-spring again. As I was taking the outdoor bath, several stars were twinkling in the sky. It was gentle rest time for me. Needless to say, the breakfast was really good too and I ate heartily.
I had a cup of café at entrance hall before a departure. We got a ticket of a café’ because we reserved the inn on Internet. But the taste of the café fell short of my expectation.
With this things and that I headed the car for the next place, I hoped for something new.
mP1090292.jpg
