Giant Funny Radish!
It was really strange scene. I have never seen such things until now. As I drove, that appeared in my sight suddenly. In the moment, I could not understand what was that. I turned back there, after I drove a little, because I wanted to know what it was！
A big guy who has long green hair and white skin color stood at the front of the telegraph pole. A vegetable shop was right side, no customer was inside it. The big guy seemed a bodyguard of gangster
(なんと不思議なこんなものは今まで見た事がない。 それは私が車で走っている時に突然目にした、一瞬わたしは何か解らなかった、少し通り過ぎてから、気になり引返した。
緑色の長い髪と白い肌のやつは電柱の前に立ってた、隣は八百屋でお客はいない、やつはヤクザなボディーガードのような風体だった。)
“Kuemon-Shoten” was the name of the shop. As I was taking the picture, old woman came and told me that I could buy one with one coin. But sometimes several persons carried away them with no coin. I think well of “Kuemon-Shoten”, because the poster said that they donated some money from the income. And they forgave the person who did not leave 100yen. And the big guy was 100yen too. Still they will open the shop tomorrow. Therefore, the store was poor construction.
（店の名前は九右衛門商店、地元の人が話しかけてきました、〈どれでも￥100だけど、払わずにもつていく人もいるよ, あのでかいのも￥100だよ。〉九右衛門商店は良い店だ、売り上げに一部を施設に寄付していると貼り出してあった、たたで持っていく人がいても、明日もまた店を開けるにだろう、儲からないだから店が貧素なんだ！）
As I passed a side of the shop on the way to office about three hours after, the big guy disappeared already. I could not know that who took the guy, and, one coin was left or didn’t.
You also will be able to meet him somewhere, as you will drive.

( 帰りに立ち寄っあら、やつはもういなかった、誰が連れて行ったのか分からない、コインが残されたかどうかも解らない、車で走っているとき、もし彼にを見かけたら、立ち寄って声を掛けてやってください！)

Funny color boxes
“What is that?” When I went to North Carolina of USA, I found funny color boxes on the sidewalk of Charlotte. It was the town that was clean and beautiful, and many people wanted to live there, also it has kept high-ranking city even now.
（これは何？ シャーロットというアメリカ・ノースカリフォルニアの町で歩道の上にカラフルな色のボックスのようなものを見つけた。シャーロットは今も多くの人が住みたいと思っている、清潔で綺麗な町です。）
The box looked like a vending machine that we could buy small plastic ball that small toy was inside. You could see many Machines at an amusement place. The boxes were not a vending machine of toy, though there were kind of a vending machine. You can see the word of Free on the blue box, in other word is that“ Please take it“. The paper of advertisement was inside, a correct answer was that was the publicity box.
Asia area has the culture of poster and flag, then the people put up the poster in any place. There are many colors of poster in the town of Japan, and the color is overflowing, but Charlotte has the original rule of poster, that is reason of keeping the good view. I like both cultures of Japanese and the USA, because there is each profound meaning in each. If the poster and the flag disappear in the town of Osaka area, it is not Osaka, that is example. If there are many posters in the town, it is not Charlotte too. Both original cultures were built up by long history.
After all, it is important to cooperate with all the things in the world, isn’t it?
( カラフルな箱は、あの百円入れてガチャンとやる、小さな玩具の入ったプラスチックボールの自動販売機に似ていませんか、違いますよ！、ブルーの箱の上に“ご自由に”と書いてあるでしょう、どうぞ持って行って、てな感じですかね、中には広告が入っています、正解は広告ボックスでした。
アジアはポスターと幟文化、いたるところに広告が貼られていますね、カラフルな色が溢れています、でも、ルールを作ってシャーロットでは景観を維持しているようです。
私は日本とアメリカどちらの文化もそれなりに嫌いでは有りません、例えば、大阪から広告や幟がなくなったら、大阪らしくないし、シャーロットに幟は似合わないし、互いに長い歴史がありますから。 結局世界中の全てと協調することがポイントですね！）

Tokyo Bay short cruise
Last week’s my work schedule was not normally, on Tuesday I went to Hiroshima, on Thursday I visited Ishkawa-prfe, and I dropped in Tokyo Big Sight on Friday afternoon after meeting. It was very busy, but really varied week, usually it was not same.
〈先週は普段と違い、火曜日は広島、木曜日は石川県そして金曜日は東京、午後会議の後時間があったのでと東京Big Sight に立ち寄った、いつもに無く変化にとんだ一週間だったなあ。）
I took a water-bus, it was very good short cruise in Tokyo Bay. Odaiba area and Rainbow Bridge were right side. The water-bus went through many bridges and highways, after that I reached Tokyo Big Sight. It took about three hours to investigate the exhibition. When I took the water-bus on the way back JR station, I saw the sunset on the deck.
I never have seen such good view on the boat. I recommend you to try the water-bus, from Hinode-sanbashi to Ariake-Futou. A one way ticket is \400, takes about 20 minutes. It is very reasonable,isn't it!
〈水上バスで東京湾のショートクルーズを体験できた、右側にお台場臨海公園、ラインボーブリッジを見ながら、沢山の橋と高速道路をくぐりたどり着いた。三時間ほどで展示会を見終わり、帰りものボートでサンセットを見る事ができた、今までに見た事が無い綺麗な景色。機会があれが一度体験すべき、日の出桟橋から有明埠頭まで約２０分、片道￥４００円 絶対お得！〉 
There were several exhibitions at Tokyo Big sight; I went to there to investigate, always I have needed new idea for development. I got some good information。
It was a topic when I visited a booth of the Korean Company、I requested a catalog in Japanese. They interpreted between themselves in Korean、of course, I could not understand it. But it seemed not enough interpretation. I tried to ask in English. After that they spoke English fluency. I couldn’t catch enough, then somehow I could make commutation.
I need study English more, don’t I? Take is easy! Let try to speak more!
〈Big Sightでは幾つかの展示会があり、有効情報少しあり、韓国企業のブースでカタログをもらおうと、日本語で頼んだら、スタッフが韓国語で通訳してくれた、でも上手く伝わっていないようだったので、簡単な英語で頼んだら、流暢な英語が帰ってきた、あまり聞き取れなかったが、何とかボディーランゲージを交えて切り抜けた、やれやれ。〉
もっと勉強しなくっちゃ！ 気楽に頑張ろう！ トライ トライ！

Cold Ishikawa-pref
I could have good conference yesterday morning at our office. We would make good decision for the demand of the customers. Today, I visited three factories on Iskawa prefecture. It was three months ago, I took the train of” Thunder bird”, the weather condition was very good. But, I was afraid weather report on the TV said the condition would be bad. Sure enough, it was very cold, and rain on Kanazawa City. It hailed in a moment. Then conditions became cold more.
〈昨日の朝のミーティングは上手く行った、顧客の無茶な要求には答えられそうだ。今日は石川県の三工場訪問を訪問した、この前サンダーバードに乗ったのは三ヶ月前、お天気は良好でした。しかし、テレビで天気が崩れると言っていたのでしんぱいでした、案の定、大変寒く、そして金沢市は雨でした。少しアラレが降りさらに寒くなりました。〉
We drove on the highway at the side of the Sea of Japan. The sunlight brightened to the sea from the gaps of the clouds. It was a very mystical spectacle, and the winter sea----. Three meeting were very good, I returned to Kanazawa Station on time.
（日本海の横、〈なぎさドライブウェー〉走っていると、雲の切れ目から光の帯が海を照らしました、神秘的な光景でした、まさに冬の海です。 寒い！）
I could see the connection work of the train of” Thunder bird”
I have to go Tokyo tomorrow. I hope to get good weather.
I worry about tomorrow condition of weather. Cold！

Kyoto Tram at Hiroshima
Tuesday midnight, I try to make just sentence, I will send it with a picture next morning. May be.
（火曜日の夜中です、書くだけ書きます、写真を添えて明日の朝、発信できるでしょう！)
I went to Hiroshima city on business daytrip. The meeting of work was just on afternoon, I could make a time till afternoon. My plan on morning was to take a short walk in the town. But, the weather condition was bad, cloudy, cold, and light rain.
I changed the schedule to go office directly. As I walked, I saw old style tram, the shape was Kyoto tram that I used to use when I was young.
Kyoto tram system was disused about 30 years ago. It seem to be energy. I have to do my best any time
(広島へ出張しました、会議は午後だったので、午前中が空いたので、広島の町を散策しようと思っていましたが、曇り、小雨、そして寒くて事務所へ直行しました、歩き出したら懐かしい電車がきました、形は昔の京都の電車と同じ、若い時良く乗りました。
(京都の市電は廃止されました) 電車は元気に走っていました、頑張らなくっちゃあ！
The afternoon Meeting was prolonged. My souvenir to my office was the demand of big issues the customer. I am going to arrange the meeting tomorrow morning at my office.
（午後の会議はながびいて、私の事務所へのおみやげは顧客の厳しい要求課題！
明日に朝、会議招集しなくっちゃあ！）
It makes me gloomy！ Every thing will be good！ Take it easy！

食用珍魚Ｓushi
Somewhat sumptuous sushi lunch.
The price of sushi restaurant was special system, almost high-class sushi restaurants had the system of current price, because I could not visit there easily at old days. I like“kaiten-sushi”, because I can eat much sushi easily, and reasonable.
The boom of one-dish 100yen sushi already left, didn’t it?
I think that the customer of “kaiten-sushi” decreased these days, then I can get the table easily and quickly. Many restaurants of “Kaiten-sushi” were open about ten years ago, I used to stand in a line of the sushi restaurant of “Kaiten-sushi”. I usually waited one hour on weekend night, I could have enough sushi with low cost, The taste and atmosphere were good, and I was satisfied that time.
<寿司屋さんの値段は独特です、特に高級な店は時価、昔は食べにいきずらかったです、回転寿司はいいです入りやすくて安くいっぱい食べれます。最近￥100円寿司のブームは終わったのですかね？ 十年ほど前新しい店が沢山オープンした時はよく並びましたよ。週末の夜なんかは一時間待ちでした、でもいきました、沢山食べられましたから、その時はそれなりに雰囲気も、味も満足・満足でした。 >
I went a middle-class “Kaiten-sushi” for lunch. It was sumptuous dish,wasn't it?, little bit.
The price of a dish were 6 grades, it was from 120 to 620. I ordered “TAKANOHA”that name was rare. It was first time to eat the fish, taste was good, simple, firm, and somewhat sweet. I checked about “TAKANOHA” in Inter-net after, the correct name was “TAKANOHA-DAI”, English name was Whitespot-tail morwong, It was a rare fish in Kansai area, and kind of a red sea bream. Edible uncommon fish was the title of the explanation. Although the appearance is bad, it is delicious. (285/dish was)
I recommend it, If you get chance, let try to eat! I ate enough.
（少し贅沢になったかも、ちょっと高め回転寿司にいきました、値段は￥120〜￥620まで6段階ありました、珍しい名前“たかのは"を発見、今まで見た事がないのでにぎりりを注文しました、あっさりしていて、しこしこして、少し甘くておいしかったです。
後でインターネットで調べたら、正式名は“たかのはだい”、英語名は“Whitespot-tail morwong”でした、発音は分かりません。鯛の一種だそうです、説明文のタイトルには”食用珍魚“でした？ 見た目は少しーーーですが、美味しかったです。 チャンスが有ればたべてみてください！ （￥285/皿でした、店の人も始めて見たといっていました? 沢山食べてしまいました。）

Parsimmon
When I drove to meet a TANUKI in Shigaraki. I looked many trees that had much orange color in suburb, it looks like a colored leaf. I thought、 already the season of colored leaf came on. However, I thought that it was somewhat strange, and checked it near the tree. There were many persimmon trees that were heavy with persimmon. Ｉ guessed there were astringent persimmons, not sweet.
〈信楽の狸に合いに郊外をドライブしている時、沢山のオレンジ色の沢山の木を見つけました。それは紅葉のように見えました、しかし何かおかしいと思い木の近くでチェックしました、それは鈴生りの柿の実でした、しかしそれらは渋柿だと思いました、甘くはありません。〉

There is too much quantity to make a dried persimmon, isn’t it?
We can eat dried astringent persimmon, or ripened it, but, I recommend you the dried type. As a boy, I used to eat a ripened type with my friend, it was not tasteless, Dried type better than ripened type. Some ripened persimmons had fallen on the ground. Crows don’t want to eat it too, do they? What a waste!
Let me know, if you know another way to eat with delicious..
I don’t understand how difficult to live on country life. But, I have alonging. It is an extravagant idea, isn't it?
〈干し柿を作るのには多すぎますよね。干し柿でも又、熟しときもたべられますが私は干し柿をおすすめします。子供の頃、よく熟した渋柿を友達と食べました、不味いわけではありません、しかし私は干し柿をすすめます、熟したのより良いです。幾つかの熟した渋柿が地面に落ちていました。カラスも食べないのですかね、なにかおいしくたべるほかの方法をしっていたら教えてください。
田舎で暮らすことはどれくらい大変か理解していませんが、憧れはあります、贅沢ですね？）

菩提寺の狸
There are two Japanese raccoon dogs in “Bodaiji Service Area” of Meishin highway. In this case,“Bodaiji” is the area name, not a temple, is south east of Shiga prefecture. That area is between Ritto and Riyuou.
Usually I visited that area once a week, but I did not take notice of the figures of raccoon dog, before beginning this blog. I came to look at the surrounding scenery carefully more than before. It became a custom that I always carry a small digital camera these days. Please watch this picture. They are really funny and pretty, aren’t they?
〈名神高速道路の菩提寺サービスエリアに二頭の日本たぬきがいます、この菩提寺はお寺の名前ではありません、エリア名です滋賀県の南東です、サービスエリアは栗東と竜王の間にあります、普段わたしは修に一度立ち寄ります、でもこのブログを始まるまでたぬきの置物の事は気になりませんでした。私は以前より周りの景色に注意するようになりました。最近ではいつも小さなカメラを携帯するようになりました。〉
Maybe, they came from Sigaraki area, which is well known of a pottery, that area is close to Bodaiji. Specially, The figure of Japanese raccoon dog is famous.
You know, they symbolize “ Welcome!". I go there occasionally, I would like to introduce another funny raccoon dogs of Sigaraki next time
Let take picture with them, if you visit Bodaiji searvice area.

燃える紅葉（Colored leaves-�供�
There were the beautiful colored leaves. I thought that it was more suitable to call orange or vermilion leaves which were burning, rather than to call the red leaves. There were various colors, which were shining with the sun light, glittered brilliantly, and the green leaves shone too. It was the first time to saw such a beautiful scene. I recommend you to visit the park once, if you go to Shiga prefecture in autumn.
(大変きれいな紅葉でした、紅葉と言うよりは輝く朱色の葉というほうが適当と思いました。
沢山の色がありました、太陽に光で輝いていました、鮮やかにキラキラと、緑の葉も輝いていました。こんなきれいな景色を見るのは初めてでした。もし秋に滋賀県へ行き機会があれば是非一度いってみてください。)
The place name is “KONZE SAN KENMIN NO MORI””.
It is east of Ritto City, and it takes about one hour by a car from Ritto interchange. There are famous that Shiyowa emperor and Shiyowa empress planted some maples and some Japanese cypress. I guessed, therefor they have kept the condition well, clean, and beautiful.
(“金勝山〈こんぜさん〉県民の森“がそこの名前です、栗東市の東にあります、車で栗東インターチェンジから約一時間です、昭和天皇と皇后がヒノキとカエデを植樹されたことで有名です、だから綺麗で清潔で良い状態が保たれているのだと思いました。)
I already wrote 14 reports, and got new understanding that my basic levels of the grammar in English and the vocabulary were low. I looked for my book of NHK that bought about 6 years ago. It is the good textbook of Basic English. When making a sentence, I always make many mistakes and lose self-confidence. Therefor I have to try to read again the textbook. However, it needs much time to study, step by step. Roam was not built in a day. I will do my best. Please give me Cheer!
(既に、１４回投稿しました、そして基礎文法と単語レベルが低い事を再確認しました.。六年前にかつたNHKの基礎英語（英語の文型と文法）を探し出しました、大変良い基礎英語のテキストブックです。
文章を作るとき、いつも間違いますそして自身をなくします. だから再度テキストブックを読む事に挑戦しなけばなりません。だけど一歩一歩勉強する為にはより多くの時間が必要です。ローマは一日にしてならず、頑張ります。

赤・黄葉(Colored leaves‐��)
I drove out of the city and found the tree of crimson leaf about one hour afterward. I parked the car, and took this photograph. A color was not clean, because it was cloudy, it was little regrettable.
However, I like the contrast of surrounding green and red.
(車で一時間ほで走って紅葉している木を見つけました、車を止めて写真をとりました、曇っていたので色がいまいちでしたが、私は緑と赤のコントラストが好きです）
Moreover, also there was the tree of beautiful yellow.
To be sure, compared with the regular year, the change of color is late this autumn. I was anxious about global warming for a while, and increase in the price of gasoline. It already exceeded 150yen.
It is contradictory that I have said, isn’t it?
(又、黄色の綺麗な木もありました、通年と比べると秋の紅葉は遅れているようです。地球温暖化が気になります、同時にガソリン価格の高騰も気になります。すでに１５０円をこえました。 私の言っていることは矛盾していますね？）

東京駅〈丸の内口）
Wednesday morning was fine、 I went to Tokyo by Sinkansen、it was the business day trip. after I bought a bottle of green tea and three rice balls, that was my humble lunch. I guessed, could not make enough time for lunch.
(水曜日の朝は晴れです、私は新幹線で東京へ日帰り主張しました、お茶とおにぎり三個買いました、シンプルなお弁当すが、十分な昼食の時間が取れなそうだったので。)
My business finished without incident, it was unusual!
Usually, I move by subway and on underground by walk, I took walk short distance on the ground for change to Marunouti side of Tokyo station, because I got some time to the departure time of the Sinkansen. ↓下文転用
There were the Old Tokyo station building, many new high buildings, and the starting point of Hatobasu that is sightseeing of Tokyo. I would like to experience the sightseeing bus, if I have chance. I thought the contrast of them was the Tokyo history.

普段、移動は地下鉄と地下道を歩くのですが、新幹線までの時間が少しあったので、地上を少しの距離を東京駅の丸の内サイドまで歩きました。
そこには古い駅ビル､沢山の高層ビルそして東京観光ハトバスの出発点がありました、もしチャンスがあれば一度体験したいです。 私はそれらのコントラストが東京の歴史だなと思いました。）

朝焼け
After the pleasant weekend, if the weather is overcast, I became gloomy mood.
Monday morning, when I headed for our office, East sky was shining gold and silver
That were colors of the ice castle, it reminded me of the witch of the castle of the ice.
At that time, the radio began to speak in a low voice, was today would be rain from afternoon.
Actually, the weather of afternoon was rain that lasted until this morning.
（楽しい週末のあと、天気が悪いと、私は憂鬱になる。
月曜の朝、事務所へ向かっているとき、東の空が銀色、金色に輝いていた。
その色は、氷りの城の色、氷りの城の魔女を思い起こさせる。
そのとき、ラジオから低い声で今日の午後からは雨です。
本当に、午後は雨だった、それは今朝まで続いた。)

明日は東京へ出張です、晴れて欲しいなあ。）

京都御所パレス
On last week, the Kyoto Imperial palace had special exhibition on autumn.
The people could see some parts of inside of the palace. I have looked inside of the palace three time, My previous visit was about ten years ago.. There was crowd of visitors. ↓ 下文引用
Inside of the palace was very beautiful, solemn, and elegant, I hope to visit the spring exhibition again. ------- That is the season of cherry blossom.

そばの花
What is that? It was first time to see that scenery.
The field was covered with the white flowers that were really tiny.
I looked it on the way of business trip last week.
There were many sobaflowers.
(これは何だ？ この辺でこんなの見るのははじめてだ。
かわいい小さな花で畑が覆われている、私は出張の途中で見つけました。
それはそばの花でした。）
I heard that the sobe is feed in the United States. It is too generous! ↓下分引用
I love the sobe noodle. The Japanese culture of the soba is great. Especially zarusoba is wonderful! It has original Japanese reship. I like the taste of the Japanese dasi that made from a dried bonito, a dried sea kelp, soy sauce, and a wasabi, Moreover, it is an important element of a welsh onion too.
There are the Japanese tastes. I am happy to be Japanese.
It is close to the taga area of Siga prefecture.

北山で昼食
The name is the Carrot, a cozy restaurant, and it is the north of Kitayama area in Kyoto. I used to go to have a lunch when I was Kyoto office.
（キャロット、京都の北山エリアの北側にある気さくで落ち着いたレストランです。私が京都事務所のときによく昼食を食べにいきました。) 
On last Sunday, I dropped in after a long time there. It seemed to have not changed. As I entered there, many people had a pleasant talk. ↓ 下文より引用
It seemed to be they were waiting for cooking. So, I worried about whether it waits long time, and a good smell came from the kitchen. After that, I ordered the Carrot launch.
As the time passed, my hunger increased. ↓下文よい引用
I could read a magazine, and get enough rest time in the meantime.
It took about 30 Minutes or more to cook, but, I ate that only in 5 minutes.
The taste was very good.
（日曜日に、立ち寄りました昔と変わっていないように見えました、私が入っていった時多くの人が談笑していました。私は長く待たされると心配でしたが、台所から良い匂いがししてきて、そして、キャロットランチをオーダーしました。
待っている間に、週刊誌をゆっくり読み、十分リラックスできました。30分ほど待って5分で食べました。おいしかったです。）
